At Newport County Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club merchandise. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, specifying whether you would like a full refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely back into their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Club

  Send your parcel to the Newport County AFC Club Shop via a tracked courier service; please retain your proof of postage until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
